Wow This is awesome... I am having so much fun, being creative, discovering new decks online to share for fun, for learning and developing own intuition, ability to receive the guidance from Tarot and Oracle cards..

My Recommendation: Download The Orphalese Tarot and Oracle Software....
Choose one of the versions available... Comes with 2 Decks and 3 Spreads....
Version 10   ... (limited usage )  if you want to  add more decks  either register which is quite reasonable  or go back to version 9.... Then you can continue ....

Now comes the Fun Part.... Download over 100 Tarot/ Oracle/ Rune/I-Ching and other Fun Decks....

Then Look for Other Free Download decks  that available online- decks you can study with and have fun learning.... (Add info to the details tab)

Take The Decks You Own and scan and add them to the program ... Don't forget to add Author info to the details tab.

Then Take each deck and add info to the pop-up notes.. info from Sources (don;t forget to add where you got the info from ) plus add your own personal thoughts about the card....

Now the Extra Fun Bit Create You own Creations.. Your own Tarot or Oracle Decks... and  add them to the Software....
Add a back for the card and add a Back  (bkg) for the screen, like a Tarot Cloth with a specific deck...

Next work on developing your own Spreads.. Find Spreads out of books, online that you can add to the program... Get creative .... Do Spreads as elaborate or as simple as you wish, adding each position and what each spread position means ...

This takes a bit of work but so rewarding...

Even when You just begin with the first 2 decks and 3 Spreads... You can use this software to do a Tarot Journal for self...
Take a screen shot of the Tarot Spread, write up a document with your thoughts and the resources about each card and the your overall summary, print out a copy and add to your journal ( or use an online blog )

When choosing cards you can do Free draw or can let the cards deal themselves... You can use a spread or don't use a spread... The choice is yours...

You can manage your decks, put them into categories... You can categorize your spreads...  and Make sure Your readings are easy to find  for reflection...(Always good to go back and reread spreads)

You are only limited by your Imagination...

This software is a great way to learn a new deck... a way for email readings ... a way to develop your intuition....

so now I have over 130 Decks on hand ... without lugging 130 decks with me where ever I go ... just take my laptop... I have used this software with friends and they were truly surprised how accurate the readings were, because I still have to do the reading, I still have to awaken my own abilities... I still have to let the cards speak to me and they choose the cards themselves...  Just because it ain't physical does not mean it does not work .. Try it for yourself...

There are many ways to read this Spread.. Trust in how you choose to read it . This is one variation ...  Let us begin  by looking at the centre card 1) The Rider - News .. there is some news on it's way, what type of News, let's see what the other cards say, to modify the card related to the News ...  We look to the Left and we see Letter - so we know the news may be written .. The Way I Connect with the Cards, the messages as individuals for each person. Knowing that each person is so different from another... I understand that everyone is different, All Readers read differently. They may use tools or no  tools . They may use Cards, Runes, I-Ching, Tea-leaves, palms and crystals.. Each Deck is so Different .. There are many different Tarot decks designed by many different amazing individuals… Every deck is perfect in it’s own way… Some images speak louder than others, that is because we as readers are all very different, we are individuals that like and are drawn to different artwork… Also our thoughts processors are individualized.  Our perceptions are individualized.  No one sees the same image in the same card. Different colours, characters, symbols stand out for each of us. That is why you will find different Tarot readers deliver the same messages in a different way.  And sometimes it can take awhile to make sense of a reading.. Today's Reading I decided to use Mists of Avalon for some reflection and used a Five card spread from the Guide Book ... I shuffled and Laid out the cards in the spread.... 1) Present Situation - The Isle of Avalon 2) The Past- Igraine 3) The Future Cerridwen 4) Hidden Influences- Priestess of Avalon 5) Possible Outcome - Nimue  My Summary   comes from the Words that stood out from around the card...
