Let us begin With 0 The Fool 
(from book) The journey begins by shedding all. You can not learn or experience new things if you are already full. What you take within yourself in this moment will determine the course of your current journey.

MY THOUGHTS....
The Fool is a student of life, always learning, always looking for new adventures. Always ready to begin anew. A Dreamer, a novice, adventurer, student. The fool speaks of new projects, new beginnings, Fresh start in life. A new path to take. A sense of walking out of the dark into the light.
Covers his eyes- A sense of really not seeing what lies ahead clearly, blocked view, view distorted.

A window behind the Fool reminds us of what we can't see clearly because of turning our back on the past- What lies behind someone can only be faced if you face it head on...
The snake speaks of shedding the old ready for the new
takes a bite of an apple, ready for new love.... taking a bit of life.... The brown and green speaks of earth, nature, healing and being grounded...

1 The Magician

The Child of Mankind.
Take your innate gifts and curiosity and leave behind pure instinct. Develop and practice the qualities that define humanity. Use them to create reality.

The Seeker-
Final Deity- The Odd one, he does not fit into any other relationship. This Deity has no shape, no focus, except that it is different from others and its looking for something more, something outside, something forgotten or not yet discovered.

My Thoughts
The Magician speaks of looking beyond the illusion, seeing what is beyond the surface, He speaks of tricks, magic, manifesting own reality through the use of his tools. Walking ahead, as above so below.  What happens within effects what lies outside of us.... How we feel, think within we effect what is around us without realizing it.
The Stag  and lion both speak of stamina, endurance, strength... on the journey.. a sense of will, determination to effect what lies ahead... The past is recent that you are trying to walk away from ... you have yet a long way ahead of you.... still a lot to discover... this is just the beginning... about discovering what you want to manifest in your life. in your reality.

II The High Priestess 

The Keeper of Mysteries
Books and knowledge point to the doors of mystery. To experience magic, you must cross the threshold and give yourself over to the mystery, letting go of expectations.

Magic-
is about mystery of what can't be known by the conscious mind, what can't be controlled, held, possessed, defined or explained.

My Thoughts 

Seeker of knowledge through Magick, creation of desires, sexuality. The Seere, The Clairvoyant, Psychic. Knowledge gained through Ancient connections. Sacred Text.  Connection between the two worlds. Secrets revealed.

III Empress

Mother of Hope
You have been given a wondrous gift. This great honor brings with it a responsibility of nurturing the gift. Receive the gift with your whole being, allowing it to fill you with hope.

MY Thoughts 
Fertility, nourishment, bounty and abundance. Motherhood, caring, kindness, gentleness.
Grace, Love, romance, sensuality, growth. Baby on the way. Birth ....
Are you taking care of self and others?  Allowing you to be cared for, are you being gentle with self?

IV The Emperor 

The Father of Fire
Humankind, received the gift of fire, a symbol for the spark of life, of will. Through the gift, we eat well, see in the dark and create safety. Use your will to create systems that sustain life.

Material Realm-

Creative
Creativity is about speaking, giving, making, forcing and creating.

My Thoughts:

Emperor speaks of leadership, rules, fatherhood, a Manager, This card speaks to me of courage, creating own web in life. Awakening a light that lies within self. Is this an aspect of self or do you have another in  your life  that has these qualities?
Maybe this a time for you to start making decisions like a leader.  Maybe you have to create some rules, that others may not appreciate, so need courage to stand your ground.  Time for you to have the courage to create your own life.. be a leader in your own pathway.

V The Hierophant

The Saint without Guilt.
Know that you matter but remember that you carry within you a spark of the Divine. You were created to remember to re-connect to that which connects us all.

Knowledge:
This is about understanding, explaining, defining, labeling, discovering and controlling.

Material Realm-

These cards represent, among other things, tasks we are charged with in order to become good citizens in our material world.

My Thoughts: 

The Hierophant arrives to remind us of our faith, our beliefs. our traditions, our Spirituality...
As we learn, gather knowledge, wisdom throughout our journey.  There may be a time on our path we may Mentor, teach others our way. This card may speak of an institute, a place of learning, a collage, High School, University... May even speak of a Church, a Temple, A Sacred Environment.
The Hierophant speaks of a Teacher, or a Mentor that arrives into our life, just at the right time.

VI The Lovers 

The Divine Lover
Love is often as you can and in many ways possible. Love deeply, fully and completely. Love is the human manifestation of divine connection in the material World.

Love is about Eros, Feeling, relationship, embracing, sexuality and letting go.

Material Realm-

These cards represent, among other things, tasks we are charged with in order to become good citizens in our material world.

This card shows a very intimate sexual Love that is beyond words. It descends the physical world, becoming of something quite unique to you at this time.  

When looking at this card I do find it difficult to remember the other keywords for this card... because of it's imagery ..... 

This card also can remind us in general of a love we have for all of our family and friends.. For those that are close to us at this time ...maybe a physical passion for life in general.. a passion for an interest or a purpose in life. A duality, a polarity... a balance between two.. a sense of harmony in our journey. 

VII Chariot 
The Eternal Soldier
On a journey to remember, to reconnect, always be vigilant. Protect yourself from that which would distract you from your journey. Do not be afraid to slay your ego when it pulls back in fear.

War-
This is about thanatos, lack of feeling, violence, conflict, power, ego and focused identity.

This card always speaks to me about direction after much contemplation.. knowing there is only black and white, no grey areas at this time... Important to focus on the direction you need to go and decide how you will get there and take action... communicate clearly your thoughts and ideas... knowing you do not have to do this alone... You can have support  but you must ask for it. 

I love the imagery of this card, it really tells a story  of support, direction, communication, focus....

AS an introduction this gives you an idea about some of the major arcana ...
Let us continue this journey with a Reading ....

Let us look at each card as individuals ...
We begin with 2 Wands (traditional) in this deck it is called 2 Books  
The Book not yet Written ...
Creativity burns within. You are ready to make something amazing. The only problem is you don't know what. There are choices to be made..............

For me this card speaks of looking ahead,  the decisions to go forward have not been made, you are looking ahead and trying to decide in which path to take... You are so unsure about it, you actually stay still, stagnant, blocked in your choices...

Card 2) 3 Swords
This card for me speaks of Betrayal, you are so mentally tortured by these thoughts, you can not focus on the actual truth of the situation, it is blocking you from moving into the light... It is consuming your thoughts. You have to be aware of this situation so you can let them go, so you no longer feel stagnant, stuck ....

Card 3) 9 Swords 
For me this card speaks of Following your light... allowing the truth of the situation to guide you.
Know that you are so close to completion of your ideas, your plans. Everything is so close to finishing.   Maybe you are so close now it is time to put your thoughts or your plans  into action ... No longer to procrastinate but get active.

Card 4) XIV Temperance
Indulgence, a little indulgence is ok.. Taking care of self is really important but be aware of not giving in too much.. do not allow yourself to get lost from the world (so to speak) Be aware of finding your balance within your emotions by being grounded ..(Your lower Chakras) nourishment, revitalization is so valuable at this time ...

Card 5) VIII Strength 
To gain strength, and stamina through endurance.. what must you first do? This is not about a physical strength.. This is not about winning against others but about what you must do to succeed for yourself... Reflecting on your own needs.... must be your priority at this time...
This card also asks that you acknowledge the strengths that you do have... and how can you strengthen the weaknesses you have at this time?

Today's draw  includes 2 Cups, XX Judgement and IX The Hermit
A sense of a need to remember to stay balanced emotionally but also to remember that every relationship should be one of give and take, there are always choices in how one reacts emotionally to a situation. There is also a sense of being vulnerable, bare naked as your realize how important it is to resurrect the true self, allowing  your true self to be acknowledged.. this is about integrity in all of who you are as you gain knowledge,  walking ahead towards the light you reflect, on the past and contemplate what lies ahead. This is also a need for a little solitude, alone time, but it is not about being lonely, or a loner but actually giving time to give back to yourself, bringing your emotions back into balance... Allowing your Soul a little purification...

Initial thought  

A sense of a youthful Man, observing, before moving in... A Man with a sense of adventure, creative energy and passion lies within him ... 

Knowing there are some things in life I can not control, or I need to worry too much about. Look at what I can deal with emotionally, in regards to my dreams ... It is ok to be a lady of leisure, take some time out.. enjoy a moment of solitude...  Take care of my health .... have a little luxury in life ...
