I know there are many thoughts in regards to Twin Souls, Soul Mates, Soul Family etc  within Relationships .... Now this is something I have meditated, reflected and asked about ....
For me personally  this is the message I have received over time .... again and again ....

We are connected to many people within our lives..... we are connected in regards to Past Lives, Parallel lives and in this moment in time we may find ourselves drawn together for just a moment ... That moment can last for a few seconds in passing, a knowing passing between two Souls ... A few hours  for some reason,  a few days , weeks or months or maybe even years .... we never really know why and who we will be drawn to ... For this reason it could be because You are part of A Soul Family .. a family of Souls connected for one reason  or another .... you may meet on some level.....

There may be people in life we are attracted to for one reason and another and it seems our paths seem to cross for some time...  we may feel drawn to be intimate with these people ... and there can be a few... sometimes these connections can be quite gentle, other times they can seem intense....  We may find ourselves in deep relationships with these people .. they feel  familiar but yet are quite,  can be quite,  different in personality...   These people we learn to love unconditionally  but sometimes find that can be quite hard .. we seem to put conditions on their love ... we have expectations....  We want them to be all that is ....  yet we forget that they are All That is within themselves ... 
These people are more what are called Soul Mates ....  We can have many Soul Mates within our Journey ..... There is never just one ..... For me it is about being with One in that moment .... for whatever that moment is ....  Acceptance ...

Now this is where thoughts can differ... Twin Souls .... 
There is One Other That Mirrors You completely..... That may not always be of the opposite sex for you all carry both masculine and feminine energies within ...  You are both Male and Female - this is something I have accepted within myself .... A sense of Wholeness ....   Now this person  you feel completely drawn to.. when you are together there is an Intensity that is explainable.... A sense of being exactly the same, finishing the same sentences, may both be of the same sign... Birthdays may be fairly close .... You have the same interests, read the same books, watch the same movies... even may like the same styles of clothes.... everything seems to mirror your own, the way you get up in the morning, the way you deal with things .... It seems you can both be totally lost in each other.. There is sometimes no need to speak , you are so alike ... everything is always in agreement ....

There is one thing you must remember Your Twin Soul may not have moved through their Journey at the same pace as yourself, the issues, you have dealt with, they have yet not faced...  They may still be in a relationship with someone else... they may not be ready yet to make that connection ... Yes they may feel the intensity, but it still scares them .... They are not yet ready to face their fears ....

What can You choose to do at this time when you discover your Twin Soul is not yet ready for you?  They deny the connection... they make excuses, they avoid the situation of being alone with you? 
You can be stagnant and stop moving forward .... You can wait and obsess..... You can tie yourself in knots and get yourself in tangles... You can push and push and make the other run and hide..... OR You can Get on With YOUR LIFE .....  leave them alone...  let them live their own life ... Go party, go enjoy life.. move on... maybe  in this life time you are not yet meant to be together .. maybe in the next life things will be easier ....   You learn to take a breath .. You learn to have friends, live a healthy life.. Go to the gym, learn something new.. Move out of town if you have to, because of a new job.. Do not let your life be stagnant .. do  not let yourself get stuck .... Do not chain yourself to obsessive behaviour .....  Grab your opportunities for yourself .......
