My favourite Tv series...

I have certainly watched a few different series that I have really enjoyed.

Supernatural 
Two brothers who get into the family business,  solving crimes that involve an assortment of supernatural beings... It begins with discovering what happened to their Father, why has he disappeared?  What happened to their Mother all those years ago when they were children? Why did it happen?  As the Journey Continues, many questions are answered but many more questions come to light ..... Just started Season 14 .... Finally October 2018 .... 

Vampire Diaries
A young girl who lives in Mystic Falls, loses her parents and lives with her aunt and brother.
She is drawn to Vampire brothers  for two very different reasons and together she discovers her friends are not what they seem....she discovers there are other Vampires that live in Mystic Falls, connecting with Werewolves, Witches and others including the Humans-  Her friends together solve crimes....

The Originals
Vampires, Witches, Werewolves.. The Originals are from the Original Family that were created through Witchcraft into Vampires, the trials and tribulations as they live in New Orleans .... Trying to stay hidden in a world that accepts the supernatural. a City that knows of Witchcraft, Voodoo and more.

Outlander (novel by Diana Gabaldon) 9 books in total that relate to the series.
So far  3 series - waiting for Season 4. End of 2018 (maybe) 
Claire from 1946 finds her way through the Sacred Stones to 1743... in arriving through the stones she encounters her husband's (from 1946) Ancestor, certainly not as nice a character as her husband, once she has escaped from him, their paths inevitable cross continually.  She meets up with a group of Scottish Highlanders, she helps in healing the arm of one of the men, a youth, Jamie Fraser. The leader of the men decide to keep Claire safe that is would be best for Claire and Jamie to marry.. They do marry and over time form a bond of pure love... They travel from Scotland to France and return  to the Battle of Culloden where upon realizing she is pregnant is forced  to return through the stones to 1948 where she reunites with her husband Frank, she gives birth to a little girl Brianna... After 20 years, Frank has passed and eventually with a little help Claire decides to return back to Jamie through the stones to 1765 (approx) ... Claire searches and eventually finds him and then again their journey begins a new pathway of highs and lows of adventures, of tears and battles on so many levels .... as they travel to find Ian, Jamie's nephew that was taken, stolen from them as he was on a small isle searching for the treasure that Jamie knew was there, taken by Portuguese Merchants. 


Highlander
Immortals, men and woman that never seem to die, cursed as it seems, even when hung or generally wounded they never die, they return to life, So they must move on from their old lives onto new ids and new addresses.  A young Highlander discovers this one day in battle and the series covers his time as he goes from century to century.   In Modern times he owns an antiquity business..

Being Human
A Werewolf and Vampire move in together with a Ghost and the struggles of everyday life as they find their journey are intertwined with others as they try to move forward with love, work and play...

The Listener
A paramedic who as the ability of telepathy, being able to read what others are actually thinking about ends up helping the police with solving the crimes that take place around the city... He ends up no longer being a paramedic but a consultant with the police, he ends up being involved full time with a specialist unit. His abilities do take a toll on relationships within his life ....

Ghost Whisperer
Melinda Gordon has the ability to talk to Earth Bound Spirits that have issues stopping them from moving forward. Melinda owns an antique store and finds her daily life encounters Spirits that need her help. With the support of her husband (a paramedic) she helps the Spirits and their Family, Friends find closure allowing them to move forward into the Light. As well as solving crimes that assist the police.

Game of Thrones
Seven Kingdoms -live quite differently .... A fantasy Series with Dragons, NightWalkers, Swords, fire, war and battles, love and twists and turns at every corner....

Haven
A small Coastal town  that is a Haven for those that have abilities, what they call troubles, as they can cause trouble in people lives. A local detective and an FBI agent come together to solve a crime in the first episode. The FBI agent then stays and continues to work and becomes a local Detective solving crimes and assisting those who have troubles and may not know how to control them...
She wonders why sometimes people look at her as though they have seen a ghost. With investigation she discovers a whole lot about her past that was not expected...

Dominion
Archangels, Fallen Angels are at war with The Humans. One Archangel, Archangel Michael assist the Humans with the help of the Chosen One (receives the marks from his Father who received the marks for  safe keeping from Archangel Michael) The Chosen One, a soldier, who is the only one who can save the city from war.

Damien
Tells the story of Omen, when Damien was a child, his family, who he was and is. What happened to his Mother?  How and why his nanny committed suicide?  What he discovers from this journey?

Moonlight 
A Private Investigator, A Vampire named Mick St John, uses his abilities to solve crimes. How and why he saved a young girl from his wife and how they now 30 years later are close. She is a journalist who has great investigative skills, together they solve crimes, helping the police and D.A.  in many ways.

Blood Ties
An Ex Detective becomes a Private Investigator, in solving a crime in the first episode she connects with a Vampire named Henry and together with the occasional information from the P.I.'s ex partner they continue to solve crimes that have supernatural connections ... Victoria (P.I.) is drawn to both Henry and her Ex partner in different ways... This journey has many twists and turns...

True Blood
Sooky has the ability to hear what others hear.... her journey shows there are others who are also different, Shifters, Vampires, Mediums etc Sooky is drawn into the world of Vampires to discover who she truly is, where did she comes from? Why does she have this ability? What happened the night her parents died on that bridge?

Tru Calling 
Tru is a young girl who finds suddenly when she goes into the morgue to work that the dead speak to her, Save me, Help me are words that have her day rewinding, it begins again the day.. She finds herself needing to discover how to help them, save them, make some changes. along the way she discovers her Mother also had the ability which passed to her. Tru also discovers there is another like her but his thoughts involve making sure there are no changes, that things happen as they did. That fate is the way things are. There is always a need for balance, so when things change, another will die to create balance.

Witches of East End 
A Mother is cursed with long life, while her daughters are reborn over and over again, her sister has nine lives and discovers it is her last, as the daughters learn about who they are and what and why it happens. They learn about their abilities as Witches and what it means to be who they are.  The daughters learn about their past lives and what happened and who they met during those times.  The loves and the struggles of each of those past lives.  One daughter discovers all about her Soul Mate...
Unfortunately  we do not discover much more as the series was never renewed to bring us closure.

Lost Girl 
A young girl wakes after a night of passion with a boyfriend to discover he is dead from her actions. She runs and disappears from her home town. After discovering she literally sucks the life force when she kisses a guy she continues to be on the run... One night when working in a bar, she sees a young girl talking to a guy, she sees the guy slip a roofie in a drink that was meant actually for her, the guy instead hands the drink to the young girl and follows her as she leaves for the lift.  The Barmaid follows and intervenes, sucking the life force out of the guy as the young girl passes out.  She takes her home and takes care of her... The next day, knowing she has to be on the run, she gets ready to leave, the young girl Kenzi decides she wants to go with her and together they share a breakfast and the Barmaid introduces herself as Bo.  As they get ready to leave town, Bo is taken by some men in a van. Keni follows and discovers where she was taken.  Bo is introduced to the World of The Fae and discovers she is a Succubus... She meets a Lycanthrope who is a Detective and his Partner who is a Siren,   Dyson and Hale ... She is also introduced to the Ash (the Leader of the Light Fae). The doctor, Lauren ( is Human ) after the tests tell her who she is.... The Morrigan arrives (the Leader of the Dark Fae) Bo is told she must choose whether she follows the light or the dark Fae ... She will not choose so she must fight .... After winning the Fight she says she is unaligned..  Kenzi and Bo move in together and start up a P.I. business, helping others that have a supernatural theme.  with the help of the two detectives that merge within the Human population they solve crimes that have Fae connections. The Doctor helps them along the way as Bo discovers who she is, who were her birth parents, family?   What does being a Succubus truly mean?


Dead Zone 
A professor has a accident and is in a coma for six years when he wakes he discovers his Mother is dead and his fiance is married to the local Sheriff and she has a son, also called Johnny, that knows nothing about is true father.   When John wakes he also discovers his ability to tell the past and the future. He tells the doctor about his Mother who is still alive, even though his uncle saw her dying.
Of course the doctor does not believe him. John does not like being touched because of what he sees. He sees the murder of one of his nurses but noone believes him at first. With some medical tests he describes what the doctor's Uncle saw during the war, the doctor believes him and goes to find his Mother, a reunion takes place.  The Local Sheriff decides to believe John and takes a look at what is going on... The Nurse is saved but another murder takes place instead. John and his physio discover who the murderer is and why? When the Sheriff and John go to his place  (this is another police officer) They discover the Mother knew all the time and was protecting her son. She attacks John and The Sheriff must save John.  Then they must stop this officer ... before he kills again.
Now with his abilities John discovers his abilities can be used in many ways to save lives, solve crimes and create closure on many levels.
Follow the journey through the series of Dead Zone ....(except someone has dubbed over them in another language.)

PSI Factors, Chronicles of the Paranormal..
Cases from the Organization of Science and Research.. some have logical science explanations while others have a more supernatural theme. Some of the cases that are able to conclude but others are left unexplained, unsolved.  3 seasons...

Warehouse 13
A Secret Warehouse that holds artifacts  (Supernatural artifacts). that have been collected by agents of Warehouse 13...Agents that work in secret, finding and holding these artifacts and keeping them safe from the world.   Two Secret Service Agents were recruited, one who had been suspended because of personal error and one who had saved the president.. That night they were mysteriously visited and told to report to these secret co-ordinates..  In the middle of nowhere, somewhere secretive ... what looks like an old old barn.. but inside something completely different... They no longer can return to their old jobs but must continue as they realize just how important this job truly is.

Wynonna Earp 
Watched Season 1 and 2 and now Number 3 ....   Wynonna discovers she has inherited the ability to return the Revenants in her Town Purgatory back to Hell ... She ends up working with a variety of people as she becomes connected to an Agency, they work with the local Sheriff  in covering up what is truly happening in town. Start from the first episode of Season One to discover what happens to begin this journey for Wynonna ....  

Outpost 
A young girl watches as her village is brutely murdered by a group of Another Sect ....As she disappears and moves through time she grows in strength and ability and ends at at The Outpost, where her journey truly begins....  ( STILL WATCHING THE FIRST SEASON) 

The 100
This begins in Space, due to a Disaster on Earth, there are many in Space who live as a community, after some time, they decide to send back to Earth, as an experiment a group of Teenagers who have been living in Confinement (Prison) to see if it is safe to return to Earth as Their living space is becoming unstable .... They arrive on Earth and find it livable, with this their adventures truly begin ... Just finished watching Season 5...... 

The Magicians 
Began watching this Series and loved the mystery, the fact that  Students discover that Magick truly exists and the challenges they face, the battles, the struggles, the loss and the love, the friendship take them through a World that believed of was Fantasy now becomes a reality.... The Questions asked of them as they deal with everyday aspects in a World that seems so Foreign to them at first, suddenly becomes their norm...... Season  3....... nearly finished ....

Gifted .. 
Now watching Season 2 - This is a story that takes many twists and turns in a world where Human's in authority fear those that are different, not realizing many walk among them... The Mutants, those with special ability and gifts sometimes find life difficult and find themselves on the wrong line of the law because of the conditioning that being a Mutant is dangerous and must be controlled...  so being secretive and not being taught the way to control the abilities they have within finally some find their way to an underground saviour that assist them in belonging...  In Season two we see the different groups within this fighting to come out into the open to be Free to Be!

Van Hesling 
Now watching Season 3... This Story begins as Vanessa discovers who she is .... and what happens to the world over time .... She must fight to survive and find the answers to what has happened, who is she and why is she like she is .... over Season One we find out much of  what has happened to the World and over Season Two it takes us further into her Sister and what happened to make them who they are.... Their History .. we Begin Season 3  with some new light being Shed on the situation as we follow Vanessa and her Sister Scarlet on a new adventure to save the World ....  Is it possible?  

Manifest
Imagine being split from your Family to go on separate flight home ... The Rest of your Family leave on The earlier Flight ... It is now your turn to get on your Flight to go home.. the flight seems a bit turbulent but overall seems ok,  The Pilot gets you down safely and is told by the Tower to wait on the runway for the Emergency Services.. you are greeted by this team of FBI Agents and told that you have been missing for Five Years .... How do you feel? What happens?  This story surrounds a group on this plane that are under suspicion for something greater than can rationally be explained ..... Things begin to happen that draw them even closer together.. that no one can truly explain .... What happened? What is happening? and what will happen as the journey continues?  

Discovery of Witches  
Read the Novel and now The TV Series 
One day Diana Bishop sits in the library, she asks for a collection of books so she can do some research for some study she is doing at Oxford University... She takes one of the books and as she looks at the first page, something strange seems to happen.......   She returns the book to the Staff member and  leaves... Suddenly things begin to change for her, she meets Matthew Clairmont and her life takes on it's own journey , suddenly she finds herself needing his help as she discovers more about who she is and what she is capable of ... There are others who want her knowledge about the Book, they want her to get it out again, no one else has been able to retrieve the book from the Library, so why can Diana ?   Let the Story unfold as we continue watching this TV Series ...
