I wanted to try this so used the Tarot Decoratif

Initial Thoughts with the cards ..

1) Queen of Swords-Maybe as I nurture an idea it may bring despair on some level, the way I communicate, speak my truth may bring misunderstandings.

2) High Priestess-intuition and knowledge may bring hope and truth will light my way

3) 10 of Swords- ending something, making it final, making way for something new will fuel the flame

4) Knight of Cups (RX) - expressing self, taking action will be the path that brings fuel to the flame.

5) 9 of Batons -perseverance, to not give up..  will be the inspiration.

6) The Sun - happiness, joy.. allowing myself a moment of peace will hold it all together, will be the foundation, remembering there is a possibility of new beginnings, a fresh start, a new day.  Contentment.

Love Diving into the Guidebook when doing a reading for self ...

Queen of Swords- Taking charge through cleverness and patience, supports, encourages,  diplomacy and education.

High Priestess- Spirituality, feminine aspect, yin, quiet, solitary, inward-facing. Esoteric, mystical aspects.
Join a cause, learning, Secrets.

10 of Swords- Beyond thoughts- obscurity ...  thoughts, ideas, plans coming to fruition , but maybe no longer useful.

Knight of Cups- Not afraid to take action in matters of the heart, interacts aggressively, takes charge in a relationship somewhat uneasy or has control issues.

9 of Batons- Win, action- satisfaction, Creative endeavor is completed, ready to be presented to the world.

Wow This is awesome... I am having so much fun, being creative, discovering new decks online to share for fun, for learning and developing own intuition, ability to receive the guidance from Tarot and Oracle cards.. My Recommendation: Download The Orphalese Tarot and Oracle Software.... Choose one of the versions available... Comes with 2 Decks and 3 Spreads.... Version 10   ... (limited usage )  if you want to  add more decks  either register which is quite reasonable  or go back to version 9.... Then you can continue .... Now comes the Fun Part.... Download over 100 Tarot/ Oracle/ Rune/I-Ching and other Fun Decks.... Then Look for Other Free Download decks  that available online- decks you can study with and have fun learning.... (Add info to the details tab) Take The Decks You Own and scan and add them to the program ... Don't forget to add Author info to the details tab. Then Take each deck and add info to the pop-up notes.. info from...

How I Connect With The Cards...

-
The Way I Connect with the Cards, the messages as individuals for each person. Knowing that each person is so different from another... I understand that everyone is different, All Readers read differently. They may use tools or no  tools . They may use Cards, Runes, I-Ching, Tea-leaves, palms and crystals.. You may even find a reader that connects with jewelry. There are so many ways a reader will read for a client. Even card readers read differently from each other, Some use Tarot, Oracle, or even Lenormand Cards, Others will use playing cards, they use specifically for Readings. You may find some readers read the cards to set meanings and others use them as Gateways to connect with their Spirit Guide to receive individual messages.  There is no One Correct way. There are no blanket rules in regards to how a reader should read.  You may find some readers connect to the Angels and Archangels before and during the reading.  You may find  Tarot and...

Shadow aspect spread

Image
I was reading an issue of Cartomancer I had just purchased and the first thing I read was an article about Solar Eclipse Shadow work ..   A spread was  created by the author so I thought I would try it ..  Taking the  3 Major Arcana Cards out of the pack and laying them with the Sun and Star at the top and the Moon directly below the Sun ..  Shuffling and at first drawing 3 Cards  Laying them between the Sun and the Moon Cards.  Thinking about a positive experience I may have had negative thoughts too . .   I pulled out The Fool, Three of Wands and Five of Cups ...   With the keywords on each of the cards  Change, Communication and Grief  Which I thought was very interesting at this time...   Dealing with a loss on some level there had been some changes and I need to look at how I needed to communicate at the time,,,  But lets dive a little deeper into each card  with my own knowledge of the cards ......

There are many ways to read this Spread.. Trust in how you choose to read it . This is one variation ...  Let us begin  by looking at the centre card 1) The Rider - News .. there is some news on it's way, what type of News, let's see what the other cards say, to modify the card related to the News ...  We look to the Left and we see Letter - so we know the news may be written .. To the right A Woman - is the written news from a woman or to the woman?    Above The Stars - maybe it is Spiritual  News on some level ...  Underneath - The Bear - Could be related to a Mother or are you the Mother... Is the news in regards to strength or protection on some level ?   Now let's look at the four corners-  The Scythe  With the Rider and the Road  So maybe it is important you let go of something so you can make a decision in regards to the news?   You have Key Rider and Clover ... T he News may be th...

Lenormand Review: Mystical Lenormand

-
Image
Mystical Lenormand Back  I opened this deck a discovered a richness in colour and imagery.... At first  I wanted to flip to reading Lenormand like Tarot but overtime and patience I found myself adapting to The Lenormand System ...Using the Concepts of each Image was able to finally stick to simple and very clear answers to specific questions ...  With Lenormand I found the Clearer the question,  clearer the answer.... Rider  Clover  Ship  House  Tree  Clouds  Snake  Coffin  To show some of the Images of this deck...  I found you need to be very careful not to read the imagery like you would Tarot or an Oracle deck but stick to the meanings of the main Image .... With so much colour and scenery it can be distracting ....
