Paranormal Investigations - Some Suggestions

 Where to begin?  

You want to  start or have been for awhile being a Paranormal Investigator even though you may have called it Ghost Hunting or something else. You have brought all of the amazing equipment and tried  your hand at communicating with someone, something that is not of this world.  Something happened and scared you a little or maybe a lot  but yet you keep going to get more.  You use an Ouija Board and do not follow the instructions fully. STOP, Take a breath and get some help immediately from a medium or a Spiritual healer of some sort.   

Now if You are just beginning or  done it for awhile here are some suggestions that can help keep you SAFE in these different environments.  BE RESPECTFUL is number one of any Paranormal Investigation.  

Divine Light- Angels, Universal Deity, God, Krishna, Allah (depending on your faith ) Gods and Goddesses of a specific Parthenon may also assist you during these times- Learn and understand the Deity you wish to work with during these aspects.   

Incense, resins, Smudge Sticks used for  Cleansing and Protection are great to do yourself and the team before you start. Some suggestions  are White Sage, Sweetgrass, Dragon's Blood, Rosemary.  Lavender, Rose, Chamomile, frankincense and ylang ylang can assist in calming yourself and the space while Myrrh, nag champa and Sandalwood can also be used to protect the space.  Cleansing sprays can  also be used  if Incense is not suitable because of respiratory issues.  (These are suggestions, you may use other fragrances or premade blends  also ) 

Crystals - Cleansing- Clear Quartz  can be helpful in any moment to clear away and bring clarification to the situation.  Rose quartz brings in a sense of love that is unconditional to any space or person.  Black Obsidian,  Smoky Quartz, Black Tourmaline or any Black crystal can be used for protection on some level. Hematite will keep you grounded at all times.. 

Salt - Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt are valuable for keeping you Safe, protected during the journey.. Also Black Salt can be created with Charcoal, burnt incense and herbs  to be used in a small container within your space.  

Candles- tealites, LED candles  that can be used safely within  all spaces.  Using White- cleansing, Divine Connection,  Black protection, Blue Communication, Pink Love, Green abundance, health are some suggestions to working with candles if you want to use Colour. 

You have used all or some of these to keep you protected and Cleansed..  Giving you the ability to now begin to communicate safely with those who have passed.  

Tools  you may use  are many including yourself ..  Voice, chant, sing, words you may use are many, including a prayer of protection  and opening yourself up to  what could be in this moment.   Questions to ask. Do not shout  or seem aggressive...  Be polite as you would to any stranger  you want to get to know.   Ask questions quietly and slowly giving them time to answer in between. When someone has passed they may not answer quickly to your questions . 

Stay Safe at all times, be careful when you are standing or walking, sitting etc .. Ask permission before you enter  (I mean from the Spirits if not also from the owners of the property )  and see how you feel  trust in  your own body as it will tell you whether you are allowed or not.   Do all or some of the suggestions  if possible ) 

Now Working with A Spirit Board, Ouija Board in this space - please follow the instructions to keep yourself and your team safe.  There are many ways to use this tool. Ask  for protection before you begin, stay calm and respectful of the questions you ask, do not shout but ask questions clearly. Give time in between the questions for Spirit to answer.  Keep your fingers on the planchette or glass depending on what you are using until you close the session by saying GOOD BYE. 

Pendulum can be used to ask Yes and No Questions which you determine before you start the session, there are many ways to choose what is Yes or No, maybe, not yet known with the use of the pendulum. Pendulums are also great with multi-choice Questions.  

Tarot Cards, Oracle cards or any Divination Tool  are other tools that can be used to communicate with those who have passed. With the knowledge of the imagery or meanings of the tool information can be gathered easily.  Remember to stay protected during this process, asking for Divine Guidance. 

Also remember YOU can  also be a tool  to communicate with those who have passed, through moments of silence, allow yourself to breathe deeply in to a meditative state, quietly allowing yourself to radiate a sense of love , being open to  all messages that come from those who have passed.. Finding out if they are Earth Bound and why?   (This is something a medium may do to assist them on their path ) What do they need to do, forgive, give a message so they are able to move on, pass over , move through the light (there are many thoughts on this subject- it may depend on your own belief )  Trust in  your own thoughts, own feelings during this process. 

Some Suggestions please do some research, do not jump into this without speaking to someone in the know, a  Spiritual healer, Reader, Medium, Witch, Wiccan, Druid, Pagan etc  .. there are many who  may assist you in this path, give you knowledge how to stay safe and what to do when something happens that freaks you out, so to speak. 

Some further study could include Chakras, working with Energy healing, using a Divination Tool to gain insight.  Do plenty of reading, study and Stay Safe at all times ...
